An anonymous source told me that Blazar is finally preparing to announce the L-mount version of their APEX anamorphic autofocus lenses—supposedly within the next two weeks.
Back in April, Blazar hinted that an L-mount release was coming “soon,” but five months have gone by without any updates. Let’s hope this time the rumor proves true!

Viltrox has clarified what L-mount lenses are coming first.

There’s no word yet on pricing or release dates, but 2026 is shaping up to bring a flood of fast f/2.8 zooms — and that’s seriously exciting!

The new Chinese company announced the 85mm f/1.2. This is their second lens after the 50mm f/1.2 which has been announced a couple of months ago and i still not available in EU and EU stores.

The SongRAW Moonlit 85mm f/1.2 will initially be available in Sony E-mount and Nikon Z-mount versions, with an L-Mount version planned for later release. The price is set at $1,299, with availability expected by the end of 2025.
