Last week I told you that Tamron will soon announce another big zoom lens. Well, two trusted sources have just told me that Sigma will also soon announce a big zoom lens!I have been told that unlike the recent Sigma 28-45mm f/1.8 DG DN Art lens this is more “intriguing” for the masses as it’s NOT a niche lens but an affordable lens that could be interesting for most of our readers.

Basically he is sad that Panasonic missed the opportunity to be a major player by entering the FF market so late…and for a long time without PDAF!
